What types of construction do you do?
Covering Anglesey & Gwynedd, we work with all types of construction, including traditional brick and block, stone and timber frame buildings. We also do driveways, walls and fencing.
We manage projects from start to finish both interior and exterior.
How do you work?
Unlike many construction firms our owners are hands on with every project. Chris & Phil are always on-site managing progress and quality themselves. We maintain an exceptional standard of work by sticking with a close-knit team and trusted partners and by never having more than 4 smaller projects or one large project at once.
Our focus is on quality not growth and our work speaks for itself. You'll notice this day-to-day with little but imprtant things like keeping the site tidy for your benefit and team morale. We believe the little things count.
How do you communicate?
We provide a transparent schedule of work which gets updated weekly so you always know where you stand. Weekly check-ins with the client are standard for us, moving to daily for more complex phases of work.
Unlike other construction firms, speaking to us isn't hard work. We encourage it and know that working together in a transparent manner is what delivers the best results in the most enjoyable, stress-free way.
How do you avoid overspend and delays?
Transparency is a big challenge in this industry. We're very proud about the way we give clients accurate, honest prices and advise right from the off.
We have a quantity surveyor who ensures these costs are accurate, and we talk clients through the realities of a project and where it'll go wrong. Construction projects inevitably have risks to timelines or budgets, so it's best to discuss them upfront and have a good plan with everyone aligned to minimise those risks.

About us

P&C is run run by long-time business partners Chris Owen and Phil Jones.
Both family-men from Anglesey, we take care of our team and our clients in equal measure and don't do anything we wouldn't do in our own homes.
Combined we have over 60 years experience allowing us to tackle complex situations with ease and composure.
As well as both being 'on the tools' Chris, a brick layer by trade, takes the lead on sourcing & project management while Phil, a joiner by trade, takes care of finances.
Building on our strong reputation and personal approach, we have great connections with local architects and planning authorities as well as other trades, making client projects run smoothly every time.
